What this website collects
- No cookies. This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies.
- Server logs. Our host (Vercel Inc.) automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of access, for security and to keep the site running.
- Visit statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. We only see aggregate numbers.
- Fonts are served from our own domain, not from Google or other third parties.
The free assessment
The questionnaire is embedded from procjena.datapopai.com. You can answer and see your result without leaving any contact details. If you request a report, with your consent we store your name, business name, email address and, if you enter it, your phone number, to send you the report and follow up on it.

Legal basis and retention
- Assessment data with contact details: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.
- Server logs: legitimate interest in site security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who else processes data
We use trusted service providers who process data only on our instructions: Vercel Inc. (hosting) POTVRDITI. Some may process data outside the EU, under GDPR safeguards (e.g. the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. For any of these, email thedatapop.ai@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
