What is DataPop?

DataPop builds custom apps and AI automation for small service businesses in Croatia: trades, small companies and family businesses. We help repetitive work, such as quotes, emails, bookings and reports, go faster or run on its own.

Does my business need AI?

Maybe, but not everywhere. For most small companies AI makes sense in two or three places, usually where the same text and data work repeats. The free assessment shows where that is for you in 5 minutes.

What if I don't need AI?

Then we'll tell you. Sometimes the better solution is a plain spreadsheet, a better template or a simple app without AI. We build what actually helps you.

How much does it cost?

The assessment is free, and you know the project price before we start. After a conversation you get a one-page proposal with scope, timeline and price. POTVRDITI

How long does it take?

The first version is usually ready in about 3 weeks. After that we refine it based on how your team uses it.

Do I need to know anything about technology?

No. You know your business, we know the technology. We explain everything without jargon, and your team gets training and guides.

What about my data and GDPR?

Your data stays yours. Before we start, we agree which data is used, where it is stored and who can access it, and we design solutions to comply with GDPR.

What do AI, LLM and automation mean?

AI is software that understands and writes text or spots patterns in data. An LLM (large language model) is a type of AI that works with text, like ChatGPT. Automation means a computer does repetitive work for you, and you just check the result.
